Autism strengths
Autism is largely viewed in a ‘deficit-model’; meaning focus is set on the ‘weaknesses’ or deficits that an autistic person may experience. However, despite autistic people experiencing certain difficulties associated with the condition, it is important to not forget the strengths that come with being autistic.
